New piece of internet art experimenting with safari and chromes webkit animations for div layers. Using basic HTML objects like forms, embedded players, img tags and iframes and animating them to the beat of House of Pains “Jump”. WARNING: Use in internet explorer and firefox at your peril!

NO DISLIKE. ONLY LIKE.

I am finally getting around to making some Internet Art again, which I have missed doing and want to focus on more. This is a website inspired by the FB Resistance Artists set up by Tobias Leingruber. This website is about Facebook’s denial of the dislike button, despite millions of it’s users wanting one. There is no dislike, only like. Enjoy playing!

I have revamped my site up a little, adding separate sections so that is more equipped for being able to add more work without it becoming confusing. Let me know what you think.

Penwood Construction Website
September 1, 2010
I recently built a website for a new local business in my area, Penwood Construction. Had a few problems with the host getting it online, but now it is live I feel okay with sharing it. I didn’t make the logo or anything, just the website, both design and coded. Some features I’d never used before such as a Jquery gallery, also the first time I have created menus using CSS alone. Was some coding challenges but got there in the end.

The Wilderness Downtown
Just found this absolutely amazing interactive music video using HTML5, part of the chrome experiments. It takes advantages of using different browser windows to show videos, and things off of google maps which are custom to whatever location you enter. Later on the piece is even more interactive. Amazing!
